1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Health Coach Star platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of Health Coach Star, operated by Sparkverse LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Description of Service
Health Coach Star provides AI-assisted health coaching through voice calls, a Healthspan Score check-in tool, and personalized recommendations across four pillars: Nourish, Defend, Move, and Restore.
Our Service is intended for general wellness purposes only. It is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ben@healthcoachstar.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings section of your account dashboard. Upon deletion, all personal data associated with your account is permanently erased.
5. AI Coaching Calls
Our AI coaching calls are powered by third-party voice AI technology. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for the purpose of generating your coaching summary and improving call quality. Transcripts are stored securely and linked to your account.
By requesting a coaching call, you consent to being contacted at the phone number you provide and to that call being recorded.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
- Provide false information or impersonate another person
- Use the Service to harass or harm others
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Health Coach Star. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results from using it will meet your expectations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Coach Star will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the site or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

What We Collect
When you use Health Coach Star, we collect:
- Name, email, and phone number — to personalize your coaching experience and contact you for calls
- Healthspan Score check-in responses — to track your progress across the four pillars
- Call recordings and transcripts — to generate coaching summaries and improve our AI
- Account credentials — managed securely by Supabase
How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Deliver and personalize your AI coaching calls
- Track your Healthspan Score over time
- Send coaching-related emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve our Service using anonymous, aggregated data
We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the platform:
- Supabase — secure database and authentication
- Vapi.ai — AI voice call infrastructure
- Resend — transactional email delivery
Each of these services has its own privacy policy and data processing agreements. Your data is shared with them only as necessary to operate the Service.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data while your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal information — including your name, email, phone number, scores, and call transcripts — is permanently erased from our systems.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data at any time by logging into your account
- Correct your name or phone number in Settings
- Delete your account and all associated data from the Settings tab
- Unsubscribe from emails at any time

Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
