Data Deletion Policy

Your Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of all personal data Health Coach Star holds about you. This includes your name, email address, phone number, Healthspan Score history, and AI coaching call transcripts.
How to Delete Your Data
There are two ways to delete your data:
Option 1 — Self-service (instant)
Log into your account at healthcoachstar.com/login, go to Settings → Account, and click Delete my account. This permanently erases all your personal data immediately — no waiting period.
Option 2 — Email request
Email ben@healthcoachstar.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address or phone number associated with your account. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.
What Gets Deleted
Upon deletion, we permanently erase:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your full Healthspan Score history
- All AI coaching call transcripts and summaries
- Your account credentials
What We May Retain
We may retain anonymous, aggregated data (e.g., average score trends across all users) that cannot be linked back to you. This data contains no personal identifiers and is used solely to improve the Service.
We may also retain records required by law for a limited period (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance), after which they are also erased.
Third-Party Data
Our platform uses Supabase, Vapi.ai, and Resend to operate. When you request deletion, we also request removal of your data from these services to the extent permitted by their data retention policies.
