Ingredients

  • 1 Unit Sweet potato
  • 2 Unit Carrot
  • 3 Unit Zucchini
  • 1/4 Whole Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Cheese
  • 3 Units Eggs

Instructions

    Shred all items using a food processor, and dry out the onion and zucchini with towels.

    Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 300 degrees for about 25 minutes to dry them out a bit.

    Add eggs, cheese, and seasonings such as pepper, salt, and cumin, then mix.

    Bake at 425 degrees for 5-7 minutes. If using ceramic pans, do not oil the pan.

    After cooling, wrap the food using a flat cast iron and a cast iron smasher. Spread a bit of cheese on the hot cast iron, then put the wrap and seal both sides with the cast iron smasher.
