Ingredients

  • 1 lb Tri Tip
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Seasonings of choice (onion, garlic, paprika)

    Cover both sides in sea salt and seasonings, keep in the fridge lid off for 4 hours to 2 days. Sear both sides in a cast iron using butter or ghee put in oven at 350 for 20-30 min, temp 130 for med rare.

very tasty, did not need any sauce.
