  • 1 count Tri-Tip roast
  • 2 tbsp Santa Maria seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions

    Smoke at 225°F to 133°F.
