  • 10 oz wild caught salmon filets
  • 5 count eggs
  • 2 count egg whites
  • 8 tbsp coconut milk
  • 2 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups chopped asparagus spears
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 cup red onion slices
  • 0.66 cup diced colorful bell peppers
