- 5 count eggs
- 2 count egg whites
- 8 tbsp coconut milk
- 2 tsp avocado oil
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1.5 cups chopped asparagus spears
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup red onion slices
- 0.66 cup diced colorful bell peppers
