  • 2 cups polenta
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 4 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 8 oz mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 medium zucchini (sliced)

  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
