  • 1 lb cooked salmon
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 count eggs
  • 1 count bell pepper
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp avocado oil
