- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 scoop bone broth protein powder
- 0.25 cup flaxseed meal
- 6 count eggs
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp baking soda
