  • 0.5 cup onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 cups cooked meat loaf (cubed)
  • 1.5 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 cup Monterey Jack cheese
