  • 0.25 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 4 count skinless halibut or cod
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground pepper
  • 0.25 tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 0.25 count lemon
