Ingredients
- 1 Can Chickpeas
- ⅓ Cup Chickpea Water
- ¼ Cup Tahini
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- ¼ Cup Lemon Juice
- ½ Teaspoon Cumin
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Blend, and if it’s too thick, add a bit of water.

Top with olive oil and then your choice of paprika, sumac, pumpkin seeds etc.
