Ingredients

  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • 0.5 cup cassava flour
  • 0.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 2 count eggs
  • 0.33 cup raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup chopped pistachios
  • 0.5 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

    Mix flours, powder, salt.

    Add eggs, honey, oil, vanilla.

    Mix in pistachios.

    Form log, bake 30 mins at 350F.

    Slice, bake again 10 mins at 325F.
