- 2 cans Chickpeas
- 0.5 medium Red onion
- 4 count Garlic cloves
- 0.33 cup Cilantro
- 0.25 cup Parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 count Lemon (juiced)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Baking soda
