  • 2 cans Chickpeas
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 4 count Garlic cloves
  • 0.33 cup Cilantro
  • 0.25 cup Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 count Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Coriander
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
