- 0.5 cup sweet onion (diced)

- 1 pound extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 0.75 cup shredded carrot
- 0.75 cup shredded zucchini
- 2 count eggs
- 0.25 cup ketchup
