  • 80 g sunflower seeds
  • 80 g pumpkin seeds
  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 30 g cashew nut
  • 30 g almonds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp psyllium husk
  • 3 tbsp agave
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 350 ml water
