- 80 g pumpkin seeds
- 30 g hazelnuts
- 30 g cashew nut
- 30 g almonds
- 2 tbsp flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp psyllium husk
- 3 tbsp agave
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 350 ml water
