- 1.25 lb chicken cutlets
- 2 large yellow onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1.5 cup shredded fontina cheese
- 0.25 cup dry sherry
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
