  • 3 lb zucchini

  • 2 large yellow onions
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 0.25 cup dry sherry
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
