  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 medium yellow onion
  • 3 count garlic cloves
  • 1 lb fresh broccoli
  • 1 medium russet potato
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp chives
