- 2 cans chickpeas (drained)
- 1.5 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 cup onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
- 0.25 cup lime juice
- 0.25 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
