  • 2 cans chickpeas (drained)
  • 1.5 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
