Ingredients
- 2 cans chickpeas
- 1 count yellow onion
- 6 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp arrowroot
- 4 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Sea salt
