Ingredients

  • 100 g oats
  • 2 count medium apple
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 30 ml coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.25 tsp ginger powder
  • 0.25 pinch salt

Instructions

    Grate the apples and transfer to a bowl.
