- 2.25 cups potato flakes
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 2.5 cups chopped peeled white sweet potato
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1 tbsp fresh oregano
- 2 cups chopped stemmed kale
- 1.25 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
- 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1.5 cups oil-free marinara sauce
