  • 0.33 cup raw cashews
  • 2.25 cups potato flakes
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 tsp sea salt
  • 2.5 cups chopped peeled white sweet potato
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 2 cups chopped stemmed kale
  • 1.25 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 6 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1.5 cups oil-free marinara sauce
