Ingredients
- 0.33 cup panko
- 0.25 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp Kosher salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 count boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1.75 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 0.25 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 0.5 count lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 head broccoli florets

Stir together panko, Parmesan, 2 tsp olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.

Brush chicken with 1.5 tbsp Dijon, then press into panko mixture.

Preheat air fryer to 375°F.

Air fry chicken for 6 minutes.

Flip chicken, add broccoli tossed with remaining oil/salt/pepper.
