Ingredients

  • 3 LB Brisket
  • 1 amount Salt & Pepper
  • 5 Grams Onion, Garlic and Paprika Powder
  • 1 Small Box Bone Broth
  • 1 Half Cabbage
  • 1 Whole Onion
  • 1 OZ Tomato Paste

Instructions

    Cut off the fat

    Cover with Rock Salt and all seasonings

  3. 3

    Let sit in the fridge (3 hours - over night)

  4. 4

    Fill bottom of Slow Cooker with Cabbage and Onions (cut thick)

    Add tomato Paste

  6. 6

    Take out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature

  7. 7

    On a hot cast iron sear it for a few minutes on each side

  8. 8

    Lay the Seared brisket over the onions and cabbage.

    Add the Bone Broth, the Brisket should not be covered just enough to get to the bottom of the brisket

    Let sit in the slow cooker 8-10 hours.

    Let it rest for a bit before breaking it apart

    The cabbage and onions make a great topper for a sandwich

    The sauce is also great on top of the sandwich
